১. ক্যাটরিনা কাইফ – Katrina Kaif
তার বাবা ভারতীয় হলেও, মা ব্রিটিশ। ক্যাটরিনা ভারতে জন্মাননি, এটা সবাই জানেন। হংকংয়ে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন ক্যাট। তারপর লন্ডনে পাড়ি দেন। লন্ডনের একটি ফ্যাশন শোয়ের মাধ্যমে ভারতীয় পরিচালকদের সঙ্গে তার সাক্ষাৎ হয়। বর্তমানে তিনি বলিউডের প্রথম সারির নায়িকা।
২. দীপিকা পাড়ুকোন – Deepika Padukone
দীপিকা যে ভারতীয় নন, এটি হয়ত অবাক করবে অনেককে। ডেনমার্কের কোপেনহেগেনে জন্মগ্রহণ করেছিলেন তিনি। পরে অবশ্য বেঙ্গালুরুতে ফিরে আসেন। সেখানেই বড় হয়েছেন। ভারতের নাগরিকত্ব নেননি তিনিও।
৩. আলিয়া ভাট – Alia Bhat
বাবা-মা দু’জনেই ভারতীয় হলেও জন্মসূত্রে আলিয়া ব্রিটিশ নাগরিক। জীবনের বেশিরভাগ সময় সেখানেই কাটিয়েছেন। দেশে ফিরে এলেও নাগরিকত্ব বদলাননি। এখনও ব্রিটিশ নাগরিক হয়েই বলিউডে কাজ করছেন।
৪. নার্গিস ফাখরি – Nargis Fakhri
‘রকস্টার’ ছবিতে অভিনয়ের মাধ্যমে বলিউডে পা রাখেন। অনেকেই হয়ত জানেন না, তার বাবা-মা কেউই ভারতীয় নন। তবু ভারতেই ক্যারিয়ার তৈরি করেছেন নার্গিস। নিউইয়র্কে জন্মগ্রহণ করেছিলেন তিনি।
৫. জ্যাকলিন ফার্নান্ডেজ – Jacqueline Fernandez
জ্যাকলিন যে ভারতীয় নন, একথা অবশ্য কারোর অজানা নয়। শ্রীলঙ্কায় জন্মগ্রহণ করেছিলেন। এমনকী শ্রীলঙ্কার সেরা সুন্দরীর পদবীও পেয়েছিলেন তিনি। এরপর বলিউডে আসেন অভিনয় করতে। জনপ্রিয়তা পেয়েছেন নায়িকা হওয়ার সুবাদে।
৬. ইমরান খান – Imran Khan
সম্পর্কে তিনি আমির খানের ভাগ্নে। কিন্তু তা স্বত্বেও তিনি ভারতীয় নাগরিক নন। মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন ইমরান। ‘জানে তু ইয়া জানে না’ সিনেমার মাধ্যমে বলিউডে পা রাখেন এই অভিনেতা। তবে ভারতের নাগরিকত্ব এখনও নেননি তিনি। মার্কিন নাগরিক হয়েই ভারতে কাজ ও বসবাস করছেন এই তারকা।
৭. অক্ষয় কুমার – Akshay Kumar
এই তালিকায় নামটা দেখে অবাক লাগলেও এটাই সত্যি। ভারতেই জন্মেছেন। কিন্ত কানাডার নাগরিকত্ব নিতে গিয়ে ভারতীয় নাগরিকত্ব হারিয়েছেন। তবে তাই বলে দেশের প্রতি ভালোবাসা হারাননি। দেশপ্রেমের কারণে প্রতিবছর ভারতীয় সৈনিকদের নিজ পকেট থেকে সহায়তা দান করেন তিনি।

The President of India is the head of state of India and the commander-in-chief of the Indian Armed Forces. The President is referred to as the first citizen of India.
